About the role
Aquatix Pharmaceutical Limited is a fast-growing Nigerian company based in Ikeja, Lagos. Since 2008, we have provided high-quality pharmaceutical formulations to the market. We are currently looking for a dedicated Granulation Operator to join our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and manufacturing areas.
- Comply with GMP and all applicable quality and safety requirements.
- Complete all required production documentation accurately.
- Operate granulation equipment according to approved SOPs.
- Carry out wet granulation, drying, milling, and related manufacturing activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and safety.
- Ability to maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and equipment cleaning logs.
- Practical knowledge of granulation processes and equipment operation.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical granulation.
- Familiarity with equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), paste-making kettle, and fluid bed dryer will be an advantage.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
