About the role
Smartflow Technologies Limited is a leading Flow and Level Automation company in Nigeria. We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our warehouse team in Ojodu Berger, Lagos. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and record inventory variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, consumption, and warehouse activities.
- Maintain a well-organized, neat, and tidy warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator to investigate reported incidents and near misses.
- Find, sort, and move goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure goods entering and leaving the warehouse are properly tracked and authorized.
- Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and verify record accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and record shipments and materials from project sites or other locations.
- Conduct branch stock analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement a proactive tools maintenance programme in compliance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- 0 – 1 year post-NYSC experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety is an added advantage.
