About the role
Smartflow Technologies is Nigeria’s leading Flow and Level Automation company. We provide cost-effective solutions for fuelling systems, including pumps and dispensers. We are looking for a Graduate Trainee Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to join our team in Berger, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Proof of Delivery documentation within 24 hours of collecting Fuel Receipt Notes and LPOs.
- Monitor ATG, FMS, and fuel pumps remotely.
- Track calibration milestones across all systems.
- Compile weekly and monthly fuel transaction reports.
- Produce monthly fuel consumption reports for operational planning.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety policies.
- Create monthly maintenance reports for system reliability.
- Submit Requests for Purchase Orders when stock hits reorder levels.
- Prepare calibration charts from raw field data.
- Generate daily tank level reports for real-time stock visibility.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a BI or analytical role.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
