This is a full-time, early-career opportunity focused on B2B sales, recruitment, and talent advisory. You will work closely with business owners and HR leaders to connect top professionals with respected organizations in sectors such as banking, telecommunications, and oil and gas.
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and recommend appropriate talent solutions.
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
- Identify potential clients and build a pipeline through online research, networking, and referrals.
- Source and manage candidates, arrange interviews, and support the offer acceptance process.
- Clearly explain services and guide prospects toward decision-making.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
- Completed NYSC with at least one year of post-NYSC experience in a client-facing role (e.g., sales, business development, marketing, or recruitment).
- Resident in Lagos within commutable distance of Lekki Phase 1.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using digital platforms for research and prospecting.
