About the role
Akinkunbi Nigeria Limited is an indigenous building and civil engineering construction firm. We specialize in consultancy, building services, maintenance, and facility management. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our new graduate trainee program in Ikeja, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Keep a log of experiences and information learned during the program.
- Participate in on-the-job training and gather company knowledge.
- Uphold the company’s reputation at all times.
- Complete evaluations or tests at the end of the graduate program.
- Conduct research and assist managers or supervisors as needed.
- Build positive professional relationships with staff.
- Analyze existing systems and suggest improvements.
- Compile reports and present findings to colleagues.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
- Complete fieldwork or visit work sites when required.
