Responsibilities
- Research prospective sponsors and partners, and prepare accurate prospect records.
- Assist with sponsorship outreach, correspondence, and maintaining outreach records.
- Support social media engagement by directing enquiries and recording audience feedback.
- Help with content creation, including captions, creative research, and digital asset organisation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating trackers, checking records, and organising digital files.
- Support audience research, ticketing activities, and guest logistics.
- Submit a brief weekly progress report showing completed work and pending assignments.
Requirements
- A secondary school certificate or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
- Demonstrated reliability, communication skills, and responsible conduct.
- Relevant post-secondary education, practical experience, or digital skills are advantageous.
- Availability to commit approximately 1–2 hours per day on average.
