Responsibilities
- Set strategic targets to increase revenue and profit.
- Oversee all business units, including real estate, farm estate, poultry and eggs, partnerships, Bukka, property management, interior décor, and consultancy.
- Manage staff, cash flow, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of growing a business.
- Strong sense of honesty and accountability.
