About the role
LEAM Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of daily restaurant operations. You will be responsible for driving revenue and maintaining high service standards across our branches.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor employee performance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor sales targets, manage labor costs, control food wastage, and analyze financial performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and other departments to ensure effective operations.
- Develop strategies and coordinate promotional activities, corporate bookings, and special events to expand revenue streams.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, preferably in the fast-food, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, Human Resource Management, and people operations.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and a proactive management style.
