About the role
Bluebrain Services Limited is seeking a Fuel Station Manager to lead daily operations in Aba, Abia. This full-time position focuses on maintaining high service standards, managing inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and financial regulations. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence within the petroleum sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily station operations, including fuel dispensing, equipment maintenance, and staff scheduling.
- Manage fuel stock levels, verify deliveries, and reconcile inventory to prevent losses or discrepancies.
- Monitor sales performance, handle cash and POS transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Supervise and train station staff, including attendants, cashiers, and security personnel.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance with Nigerian regulatory standards.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt service and effective complaint resolution.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in fuel station operations or retail management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong skills in inventory control, cash reconciliation, and staff management.
- Knowledge of Nigerian petroleum-sector regulations and safety practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.
