About the role
Cellulose Medical Diagnostics is a biosafety class I medical laboratory committed to delivering quality results in line with international best practices. The lab offers services in hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and histo/cyto-pathology using fully automated systems to ensure speed and accuracy. We are looking for a Front Desk / Customer Experience Officer to join our team in Mabushi, Abuja (FCT) on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers warmly and professionally.
- Work effectively with little or no supervision.
- Multitask and manage front desk duties efficiently.
- Perform basic arithmetic tasks as required.
- Maintain an organized and service-oriented approach to daily operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in IT or a related field, or Polytechnic-level training in a relevant discipline.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
