About the role
NutriK FZE, a subsidiary of the Nutriset Group, produces high-quality nutritional products to help treat and prevent malnutrition in Nigeria. We are looking for a dedicated Forklift Driver to join our team in Kano. This full-time position focuses on the safe and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse and production facilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack materials safely.
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging to designated areas.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of materials.
- Support stock counts and physical inventory exercises when needed.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and report any defects immediately.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and safe working areas.
- Complete basic operational records and checklists.
Requirements
- SSCE or OND qualification.
- Valid forklift operating certificate or license.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts if required.
