About the role
Mulligan Hotel is a reputable hospitality company in Nigeria, part of a diversified group with interests in hospitality and property. We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Yaba, Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will lead our food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure bar and restaurant staff are well-trained, smartly dressed, and provide professional, friendly service.
- Maintain clean and well-stocked bars and restaurants, ensuring table appointments are flawless.
- Manage profit margins and control costs through effective systems, including sales analysis and menu costing.
- Oversee the efficient running of the banqueting department, keeping all rooms and cloakrooms tidy.
- Ensure room service orders are executed promptly and meet required standards.
- Act as Duty Manager when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Hotel/Food Service Management or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Ability to multitask and work across different departments.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of basic accounting.
- Strong leadership qualities, high integrity, and good communication skills.
