Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and proactive service to ensure guests have a special experience.
- Plan, organize, and execute various events such as breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and galas.
- Oversee the setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, and glassware meet quality standards.
- Communicate event specifications and procedures to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
- Manage the breakdown of function rooms and ensure equipment is stored correctly.
- Supervise the F&B team, including scheduling, coaching, and performance recognition.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
