About the role
Fadac Resources and Services Limited is hiring for a reputable and busy restaurant in Lagos. We are looking for three professional, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Floor Staff. This is a full-time position within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, cashier, and management teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dining area.
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist customers with seating and provide menus.
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly manner.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
- Support high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Assist with other restaurant activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent.
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
