About the role
High Performance Consulting is a professional service organization focused on corporate development and high performance. They are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Fleet Analyst to help improve business performance through data analysis. This full-time role is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze fleet and operational data to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and driver productivity.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management.
- Analyze operating costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Track performance against operational targets and service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve data issues.
- Maintain fleet databases using tools like Excel, Power BI, and GPS tracking systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operations analysis.
- Demonstrable experience in reporting and dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and data cleaning.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or fleet management systems is an added advantage.
