About the role
TeamAce Limited is looking for a Financial Accountant to join a reputable real estate organization. This full-time position is based in Ikoyi, Lagos. You will play a key part in supporting the company’s financial operations by ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. The monthly salary for this role is between ₦500,000 and ₦600,000.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records in line with standard accounting principles.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for management.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and collections.
- Support general financial operations, such as expense tracking and month-end activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and provide accurate financial data for decision-making.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Professional qualifications such as ICAN or ACCA are an added advantage.
