About the role
Estrada International Staffing Solutions (EISS) is a leading HR consulting firm seeking a meticulous Finance Manager to join their Operations team in Surulere, Lagos. This full-time, hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) reports to the Operations Lead or Chief Recruitment Officer. The role focuses on end-to-end financial stewardship, ensuring precision, compliance, and strategic foresight to support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and manage accounting CRM tools.
- Manage the full Account Payables (AP) and Account Receivables (AR) lifecycle.
- Oversee monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory remittances like LIRS, FIRS, and Pension.
- Drive the quarterly Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) cycle and monitor budget utilization.
- Develop and enforce financial control policies to manage operational and liquidity risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Chartered Accountant status (ICAN or ACCA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of end-to-end accounting experience, preferably in consulting or a startup.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, pension remittances, and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting CRM tools, ERPs, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
