About the role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for a reputable interior design company. You will ensure sound financial management and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, financial records, and reporting processes.
- Manage tax planning, statutory compliance, and tax-related obligations.
- Supervise treasury operations, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Establish and monitor internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
- Provide financial insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Professional qualification such as ICAN or its equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 6 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in accounting, internal control, and financial management within an SME or corporate environment.
- Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel, and other financial management systems.
