About the role
Filmhouse Group is a media and entertainment company that includes Filmone Entertainment and Filmhouse Cinemas. The group aims to provide magical experiences through content that entertains and inspires. We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Manage all financial obligations and postings in coordination with relevant personnel.
- Oversee the management of receivables and payments.
- Take overall accountability for ancillary account management.
- Ensure tax adherence and compliance for Filmone.
- Manage shared costs between Filmone and its related parties.
- Handle the posting of all employee costs.
- Manage the Data Master File.
- Coordinate the full management and reporting of Filmone.
- Act as the process owner for external audits of Filmone.
Requirements
- Accounting or Financial Management Degree.
- Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAN) or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software such as Odoo or Sage.
- Strong data accuracy and management skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Good presentation and leadership skills.
