About the role
Fadac Resources and Services Limited is recruiting a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a reputable organization in the creative industry. This full-time position is based in Abuja (FCT). You will be responsible for driving financial performance, maintaining effective controls, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor budgets for projects, campaigns, and productions.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and daily financial operations.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial risk management.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Track project costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant finance experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in the creative, advertising, media, entertainment, events, or related industry is compulsory.
