About the role
TeamAce Limited is recruiting a Finance Associate to support daily financial operations. You will help maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliations and financial reporting. This is a full-time position based in Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform timely bank statement and cashbook reconciliations.
- Prepare transaction, settlement, and financial reports across multiple payment channels.
- Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues while supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls.
- Support daily finance operations, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Finance role.
- Banking, Microfinance Banking, or Financial Institution experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting, and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
