About the role
FactBase Consulting Limited is recruiting for a fast-growing major FMCG (Foods and Beverages) company. The company operates plants in Ogun State and Abuja. There are five openings available for this full-time position across multiple locations in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to assess market execution, customer coverage, and distribution effectiveness.
- Monitor territory sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and key trade partners.
- Supervise and coordinate Field Sales Representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
- Monitor SKU performance and drive product penetration to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Identify and develop new customers, accounts, and sales opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in Sales, with at least three years at a managerial level.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Professional Certification in Sales (such as ISM, NASP, ICSP) is an added advantage.
