About the role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a Field Sales Officer to join their client, a reputable company in the Climate Technology sector. You will be responsible for driving mobile phone sales within your assigned territory. The role is full-time and based in Ekiti, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Akure, or Osogbo.
Responsibilities
- Sell company mobile phone products and meet monthly sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales and direct marketing.
- Recruit and manage sales agents and support merchant onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile phones or consumer electronics.
- Experience in agent management or merchant onboarding is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) sales model is an added advantage.
