About the role
Fadac Resources and Services Limited is seeking dedicated Field Sales Agents and Sales Merchandisers to join their team. This full-time opportunity is available in Abuja, Lagos (Ajah, Alimosho, and Badagry), and Kano. The role focuses on driving sales, enhancing product visibility, and fostering customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Field Sales Agents: Generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote products. Build strong relationships, meet sales targets, and handle customer enquiries. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Merchandisers: Build relationships with store managers, ensure excellent product placement, and monitor stock and sales performance. Identify opportunities to boost sales and share market insights.
Requirements
- Field Sales Agents: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, a proven sales track record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Sales Merchandisers: A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
