Fadac Resources and Services Limited is seeking a motivated Field Sales Agent to join their team. The company provides human capital solutions to businesses of all sizes, believing that people are the greatest asset in any organization. This full-time position is available across multiple locations in Nigeria, including Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Kano, Kwara, and Adamawa.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell Koolboks products to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts with insights and recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- One year of experience in field sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
