About the role
TeamAce Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Recovery Officer to join their team. This full-time position is available in Lagos, Ogun, and Osun. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field recovery, excellent investigation skills, and the ability to efficiently recover stolen or outstanding assets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Verify customer addresses and carry out physical investigations when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Conduct field visits for debt recovery and asset recovery operations.
- Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets.
- Engage professionally with customers and third parties during recovery activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recovery targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience in recovering stolen assets is highly preferred.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in address verification and field investigations.
- Proven experience as a Recovery Officer, Field Officer, or in a similar role.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid rider’s license.
- Good knowledge of routes and locations within assigned areas.
