About the role
ANELPAT Medical Company Limited is a trusted supplier of medical equipment and healthcare solutions in Nigeria. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused female professional to join our team as a Healthcare Business Development Executive. This is a full-time position based at our UCH Stores in Ibadan, Oyo State, where you will work within the University College Hospital (UCH) environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market medical equipment, laboratory products, and healthcare supplies to professionals and institutions within UCH.
- Identify potential customers, generate sales leads, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, laboratory scientists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Visit designated departments, laboratories, and clinics to introduce company products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support order processing and delivery.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and relay feedback to management.
- Submit regular sales reports and participate in business development activities.
Requirements
- Female candidates are invited to apply.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biological Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical marketing, or healthcare business development is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to market products, develop customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, presentable, organized, and results-oriented.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare sales reports.
- Willingness to work within the designated UCH marketing area and comply with hospital policies.
