About the role
Sweet Nation Foods Limited is a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of specialty snacks. We are looking for a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily field activities in Kaduna. You will ensure that work is completed correctly, safely, and on time while supporting our mission to produce world-class products in West Africa.
Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to farm workers and supervise their performance.
- Monitor planting, crop care, irrigation, and harvesting processes.
- Track crop health and report any pests, diseases, or damage.
- Maintain records of inputs, tools, and harvested produce.
- Take daily attendance and enforce workplace discipline.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to the Farm Manager.
- Check guard posts and report any security incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of practical farm experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- OND, HND, or Diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of crop farming and farm tools.
- Ability to speak both Hausa and English.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep basic records.
