About the role
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our daily factory operations. You will ensure smooth production, high productivity, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This full-time role is based in Ogun State.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory and production activities to meet targets.
- Lead and supervise production and factory personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement and minimize waste to control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare production and operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, and Warehouse departments.
- Monitor production efficiency, output, and downtime.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure proper operation and utilization of machinery.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in factory, production, or operations management.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, feed production, agro-processing, or a related industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, safety, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
