About the role
Uncle Stans Food is a quick service restaurant focused on speed, convenience, and consistent quality. We are looking for an experienced Facility Officer to help keep our outlets, equipment, and overall environment in top condition. This full-time role is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Monitor maintenance activities and report major issues to management.
- Ensure the restaurant ambience, lighting, ventilation, and physical environment are well-maintained.
- Keep all facilities safe, functional, and presentable.
- Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and maintenance expenses.
- Liaise with technicians and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of restaurant outlets to identify faults and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate repairs and servicing of kitchen equipment, generators, electrical systems, plumbing, and air conditioners.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance activities across multiple outlets.
- Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail is an advantage.
