About the role
Recruitment Nigeria (NG) Limited is seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to join their team in Abuja (FCT). This full-time position focuses on overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and security of various properties. You will manage staff, contractors, and regulatory relationships while ensuring cost control and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and safety of interior and exterior areas.
- Manage parking, waste disposal, signage, and building security.
- Perform routine maintenance and schedule repairs with vendors.
- Monitor utility consumption to minimize costs.
- Ensure proper security measures and collaborate with security professionals.
- Create and submit weekly reports on operations, administration, and finances.
- Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and ensure timely payment of facility fees.
- Liaise with sales teams for property leasing and maintain property inventories.
- Manage staff and third-party contractors to ensure productivity.
- Develop growth and expansion strategies for the facility management division.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
