About the role
Thyaura Partners Concept Limited is an ISO9001-2015 certified company providing integrated support services in facility management, cleaning, and equipment leasing. We are looking for a reliable Executive Driver to join our team in Ajah, Lagos. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of N150,000.
Responsibilities
- Drive management and authorized personnel to meetings and appointments safely and on time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information and executive activities.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all journeys.
- Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authority immediately.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
- Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with official errands, document delivery, and other administrative tasks.
- Plan routes and monitor traffic to ensure timely arrival.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any faults or damages.
- Keep all vehicle documents, including insurance and roadworthiness certificates, valid.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, lights, and fuel levels.
Requirements
While specific qualifications are not listed, candidates should be qualified and experienced in executive driving. A valid driver’s license is required to keep vehicle documents up to date.
