About the role
Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited is seeking an External Assessor in Banking and Finance to support a polytechnic in Ogba, Lagos. This is a part-time position focused on ensuring academic standards and fair assessment practices.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate whether student academic standards and achievements are reliable and comparable to other polytechnics nationwide.
- Review the assessment process to ensure it measures student achievement rigorously and fairly against intended outcomes.
- Ensure examinations are conducted in line with relevant policies and regulations.
- Annually review conflict-of-interest declarations and submit evidence of grading records to the relevant School.
- Provide recommendations on whether examination papers meet the standards required by the presiding organization.
Requirements
- A PhD Degree in Banking and Finance.
- A minimum of five years of lecturing experience.
- Residency in Lagos is preferred.
