About the role
Iconic Open University is seeking qualified individuals to serve as ad-hoc Examination Proctors and Supervisors. This is a temporary, one-off assignment for the upcoming examination period. The role is available across various exam centres in Nigeria, including locations in Ogun, Abia, Anambra, Edo, Kano, Oyo, Plateau, Borno, Bauchi, Kaduna, Katsina, Kebbi, Kwara, Niger, Sokoto, Zamfara, Benue, Yobe, Imo, Adamawa, Cross River, Gombe, Ebonyi, Ekiti, Nasarawa, Delta, Bayelsa, Enugu, Kogi, Ondo, Osun, Akwa Ibom, Jigawa, Taraba, Lagos, Rivers, and Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the distribution and collection of exam materials.
- Supervise and monitor examination conduct to prevent malpractice.
- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) exams.
- Submit reports on exam conduct.
- Ensure strict adherence to examination rules and guidelines.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring in a tertiary institution.
- Strong computer and web operating skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to duty.
- Residency in one of the listed cities or towns.
