About the role
We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to join a reputable estate in Sangotedo, Lagos. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise household and estate staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and drivers.
- Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive care for buildings, pools, and landscaping.
- Manage relationships with outside vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and insurance compliance.
- Handle operational budgets, track expenses, and report financials to the owner.
- Coordinate major renovations, construction projects, and interior design updates.
- Plan private events and ensure guest preferences are met seamlessly.
- Maintain administrative records, including asset inventories and security codes.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
