Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for banking products and services.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct field marketing, customer prospecting, and promotional activities.
- Educate customers on available banking products and digital platforms.
- Generate quality sales leads and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good customer service and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in the assigned location anywhere in Nigeria.
