About the role
Exquisite Partners is a full-service firm dedicated to helping clients achieve business objectives through strategic procedures and policies. We are currently seeking a dedicated Electrical Support Officer to join our team in Lagos Mainland. This full-time position focuses on ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient electrical operations by supporting the installation, wiring, testing, and routine maintenance of electrical, renewable energy, and energy storage systems.
Responsibilities
- Documentation: Maintain clear records of daily maintenance logs, testing results, and system commissioning reports.
- Testing & Inspection: Utilize digital multimeters and clamp meters to evaluate and record system parameters.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose system errors, replace faulty components, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Wiring & Cabling: Execute cable pulling, routing, tray installation, and precise terminations in accordance with technical standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow local electrical codes.
- Installation: Set up energy storage solutions based on provided instructions and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech, HND, or OND in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, solar PV, and backup power systems. Preference is given to candidates with experience working with Lithium batteries at the cell level.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Proficiency in using power tools and understanding electrical theory, including AC/DC systems and power electronics.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, physical fitness, and keen attention to detail.
- Location: Must reside within Lagos Mainland and be available to resume immediately.
