About the role
Castel Resources Consultancy Limited is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services in Enugu. This is a full-time position where you will ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle while adhering to all road safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport the employer, staff, clients, or assigned items to designated locations.
- Ensure the security of the vehicle and any items entrusted to your care.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance where required.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Observe all traffic regulations and road safety procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and courteous conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and safety-conscious.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian driver’s licence.
- Good knowledge of road networks within Enugu State.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform driving duties responsibly.
- Willingness to comply with the employer’s work schedule and operational requirements.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.
- Previous professional driving experience is an advantage.
