About the role
International Breweries Plc is looking for a Distributor Developer to join their team in Isolo, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on managing and developing relationships with existing and potential distributors. Your goal will be to align these partnerships with the company’s third-party distribution strategy to meet set targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure distribution strategies are understood and executed effectively.
- Monitor and track Returnable Transport Items (RTIs) and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Maintain accurate distributor stock positions on the Kuja platform.
- Track stock age across distributor warehouses and report timely.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations and analyze distributor performance.
- Monitor distributor financial performance and profitability.
- Assist distributors in developing strategies to minimize costs.
- Manage Kuja and Kuja Shop activities, serving as the point of contact for issues.
- Collate and communicate competitor information.
- Influence distributor loyalty and ensure the company remains the preferred supplier.
Requirements
- A First Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of distribution processes, costs, and optimization solutions.
- Familiarity with Kuja and SAP systems.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
