About the role
Smart Way Logistics & Technology is a logistics company offering cargo handling, clearing, forwarding, freight management, and delivery services. We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels promptly and safely.
- Ensure proper handling of customers’ packages.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.
- Comply with traffic regulations and company policies.
- Support operational activities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Dispatch Rider.
- Valid Rider’s Permit and LASDRI Card.
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and road networks.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
