About the role
Penafort Energy Nigeria Limited is a values-driven company operating across energy, retail, beverages, and automotive services. They are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to ensure the safe and timely delivery of documents, goods, and packages. This is a full-time position based in Festac Town, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Deliver company documents, goods, and packages accurately and on time.
- Plan efficient routes to minimize delays.
- Maintain delivery records, including notes and receipts.
- Keep the motorcycle clean and in good working condition through routine checks.
- Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or delays immediately.
- Ensure the safe handling of company items during transit.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and road safety rules.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Rider.
- Valid motorcycle riding licence.
- Good knowledge of Festac Town, Amuwo Odofin, and other parts of Lagos.
- Excellent riding skills and understanding of road safety.
- Ability to read delivery instructions and navigate routes effectively.
- Physically fit, punctual, and dependable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of honesty and accountability.
- Experience with supermarkets, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
