About the role
The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti is recruiting a Director of Physical Planning. This is a single, non-renewable tenure of five (5) years. The institution is located at Kilometre 8, Ado-Ikaree Road and focuses on training technical manpower at the National Diploma and Higher National Diploma levels.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- A good Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and full professional registration in a relevant field (Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Building, Town Planning, or Estate Surveying).
- At least 18 years of post-qualification cognate experience if holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- At least 14 years of post-qualification cognate experience if holding a Doctoral degree.
- ICT compliance is mandatory.
- Applicants must be under 60 years of age at the time of resumption.
- Publication of papers in the relevant field is an advantage.
