About the role
Isaacworthub LLC is a fast-growing experiential and creative company delivering brand experiences across Africa. We are looking for a Director of Business Operations to join our team in Lagos on a hybrid basis. This executive role focuses on bridging the gap between creative ambition and profitable execution. You will be responsible for transforming operational chaos into a structured, efficient, and scale-ready ecosystem. The position is full-time and offers a competitive executive compensation package including base salary, performance bonuses, medical insurance, and an official vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Drive process automation and scale by diagnosing bottlenecks and implementing scalable frameworks, SOPs, and project management tools.
- Orchestrate agency logistics and supply chain by standardizing end-to-end operational workflows for all campaigns.
- Establish robust risk-mitigation frameworks for ground operations, field worker safety, venue compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Optimize financial and commercial efficiency by enforcing project margin discipline, controlling overheads, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Act as the strategic connective tissue between Client Services, Creative, and Production teams to ensure accurate capacity planning and project delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience.
- Significant experience managing operations, supply chains, or logistics within a top-tier experiential marketing agency, large-scale event production house, or complex FMCG logistics setup.
- Proven track record of designing corporate SOPs and scaling business divisions.
- Ability to thrive under intense pressure and navigate fast-moving crises.
- Sharp commercial mind with the ability to read P&L statements and handle high-stakes vendor negotiations.
