About the role
TeamAce Limited is hiring a Direct Sales Officer (Asset Finance) to join their client, a reputable company in the Climate Technology sector. This is a full-time position based in Osogbo, Osun. You will be responsible for driving the sales of mobile phones within your assigned territory, acquiring new customers, and consistently meeting monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sale of company mobile phone products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, direct marketing, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Monitor market activities and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, fintech, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) sales model is an added advantage.
