About the role
Victoria Waterfront Hotel & Resorts is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to drive revenue growth by acquiring new residential and small-business subscribers for internet products. This role involves consultative selling, meeting sales quotas, and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer connectivity needs and recommend optimal internet plans.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly subscriber sign-up and revenue targets.
- Gather competitor intelligence and report findings to management.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting, leads, and sign-ups in the company CRM.
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential and commercial areas.
- Complete subscription applications, verify installation coverage, and schedule installation visits.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
