About the role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a FinTech client in Lagos. We are seeking experienced Direct Sales Agents to join a team of 20. This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will work Monday to Friday, with one day per week in the office and the rest field-based.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer onboarding processes.
- Acquire new merchants and promote digital payment solutions.
- Drive direct sales for POS and related FinTech products.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in FinTech, payments, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Background with OPay, PalmPay, Moniepoint, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Proven track record in merchant acquisition or digital payment solutions.
