About the role
Uconnect Nigeria is seeking highly motivated Direct Sales Agents to join their team. This is a full-time position available nationwide. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services.
- Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- HND, NCE, or BSc Degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
