About the role
Premium Human Resources Solution is recruiting on behalf of a top banking institution for a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) position in Kano. This is a full-time role focused on driving revenue and expanding the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Check pickups and handle revenue collection.
- Market retail banking products and services.
- Prepare call memos and assist with loan request documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Business Group activities.
- Prepare target market lists.
- Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Facilitate account opening and ensure proper KYC documentation is collected.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
- Actively market financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- NCE, OND, HND, or BSc qualification.
- Age not more than 35 years.
