About the role
A leading banking institution is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join their team in Kano. This full-time position focuses on driving customer acquisition and promoting retail banking services. You will play a key role in expanding the bank’s reach by onboarding new customers and ensuring they effectively use digital banking platforms.
Responsibilities
- Market retail banking products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Facilitate account openings and ensure proper KYC documentation is collected.
- Actively sell financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Perform check pickups and revenue collection tasks.
- Prepare call memos and target market lists.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Business Group activities.
- Assist with loan request documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Requirements
- Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, or BSc.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
