About the role
Premium Human Resources Solution is recruiting on behalf of a leading banking institution for a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) position in Abuja (FCT). This is a full-time role focused on driving customer acquisition and promoting retail banking services.
Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Account Opening: Facilitate new account openings and ensure proper KYC documentation is collected.
- Product Promotion: Market financial products such as POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Revenue Collection: Perform check pickups and prepare call memos.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
- Support: Respond to customer inquiries and assist with loan request documentation.
Requirements
- Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree.
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of marketing experience.
